Mac Dialog gripe...

04/27/2009 1:58 PM By Keith Strickland

Today while trying to tidy up the home network a little bit I came across a file copy dialog that isn't very helpful. Actually, it is if you're only copying one thing, but if you're copying multiple items, not so much.

So, where is the filename it's copying to TempBackup? Like I said, if you're copying one item.... not too big a deal, but if you're copying several not very useful.

TOTALLY agree!

Finder in Mac is just not as good as windows explorer (and no, I wouldnt give up my Mac for any other hardware)

I was feeling the same way about finder, but I just chalked it up to being inexperienced with it, but the being able to start multiple copies at different times from the same window makes up for it a little bit. As for trading the Mac for some other machine, not a chance Emoticon
